Hi, I’m Martha — an Orlando family photographer specializing in relaxed vacation photo sessions for families visiting Central Florida.
I’ve photographed families through Airbnb Experiences and have received 27+ 5 star reviews from travelers who wanted something simple, easy, and memorable while they were in town.
My goal is to make the session feel comfortable, quick, and natural so you can enjoy your trip and still leave with beautiful photos of everyone together.

What if I want all of the photos?
Your package includes a set number of edited images, but if you love the full gallery, you’ll have the option to upgrade.
The full gallery upgrade is $147 or $10 per additional image. You can choose this option when you receive your gallery, or you can pay directly after your session if you already know you want all the final edited photos.
Do I receive all the photos from the session?
Your package includes a set number of professionally edited images unless you book the Ultimate Family Vacation package, which includes all final edited photos.
I do not deliver every photo taken during the session because the full set includes duplicates, test shots, blinking photos, and images that do not meet the final quality standard.
After your session, you’ll receive a curated gallery of the best images. From there, you can choose the images included in your package.
If you book the Classic or Extended package and love the full gallery, you can upgrade for $147 or $10 per additional image. You’ll have the option to upgrade when you receive your gallery, or you can pay directly after the session.
How many people can be included?
The Classic Vacation Mini is best for up to 10 people. The Extended Family Vacation session is best for up to 20 people. The Signature Family Vacation session is best for groups with 21+ people.
What time is best for photos?
For Orlando family photos, the best times are usually early morning or late afternoon/early evening. Orlando gets hot and bright fast, especially in spring and summer, so timing makes a big difference in how comfortable the session feels and how soft the light looks.
Best morning times:
7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Morning is usually the easiest option for families with young kids. The weather is cooler, the light is softer, and locations are usually less crowded. If sunrise is around 6:30–6:40 AM, starting around 7:30 or 8:00 AM gives us pretty light without making the session feel too early.
Best evening times:
6:30 PM – 7:45 PM
Evening is great if you want a warmer, softer look. Since sunset is around 8:05–8:15 PM in mid-May, the best window is usually the last 60–90 minutes before sunset. This gives us beautiful light without the harsh midday sun.
Midday sessions:
10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Midday is available if needed, but it is usually the least ideal time because Orlando can be hot, bright, and humid. The sun is stronger, which can create squinting, shiny skin, and harsh shadows. If midday is your only option, I’ll help choose a shaded location, resort area, clubhouse, or outdoor spot with clean backgrounds so the photos still look beautiful.
Best overall recommendation:
For most families, I recommend 8:00 AM for a cooler, easier session or 4:00–7:00 PM for softer golden-hour light. The best time also depends on your children’s schedule, your location, and whether your family does better earlier or later in the day.
What should we wear?
Soft colors, whites, creams, blues, pastels, beige/browns and simple outfits photograph beautifully. Try to avoid large logos, neon colors, and busy patterns.
Is this good for kids?
Yes. The session is designed to be relaxed and kid-friendly. I’ll guide you through simple poses and candid moments so it doesn’t feel stiff or stressful.
When do we receive our photos?
Your edited images are delivered through an online gallery. Turnaround is within 72 hours
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather can change quickly. If weather becomes an issue, I’ll communicate with you as early as possible and we’ll make the best adjustment based on availability.
Can we take photos at our resort or vacation rental?
Yes. Resort, clubhouse, Airbnb, VRBO, or vacation rental sessions are available if the property allows photography and has a clean, photo-friendly area. This can be a courtyard, balcony, walking path, pool area, garden, clubhouse, or outdoor space.
Are other Orlando locations available?
Yes. Custom locations may be available for an additional fee depending on distance, parking, access, and any extra planning needed. The easiest included options are your resort/clubhouse, Celebration Town, Kissimmee Lakefront, or Lake Louisa if it works with your session location and timing. If you have a special request , contact us first.
What is the payment and refund policy?
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your session time. Your appointment is not officially booked until the deposit is paid.
The remaining balance is due before the session begins.
Deposits are used to hold your date, time, and location, so they are non-refundable, but they may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule due to weather or an emergency, based on availability.
If you need to cancel completely, the deposit is not refunded. If weather becomes an issue, I’ll communicate with you and we’ll make the best adjustment possible.
